The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a weather forecast for Lahore and parts of Punjab, predicting more rain, wind, and thunderstorms, along with isolated hailstorms over the next few days. This weather pattern is due to a westerly wave prevailing over the western and upper regions of Pakistan, expected to strengthen and persist until Tuesday. Areas likely to experience precipitation include Murree, Galyat, Rawalpindi, and various districts in Punjab. The PMD also warns of isolated heavy rainfall and landslides in Murree and Galyat, as well as potential windstorms, hailstorms, and lightning, which could pose risks to human safety and agriculture.

In Lahore, maximum temperatures are forecasted to range between 30-32 degrees Celsius on Monday and 33-35 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. Recent rainfall has been reported in various regions, with Murree receiving 24mm, Attock 18mm, and Islamabad recording rainfall ranging from 09mm to 07mm at different locations. Bahawalpur registered the highest temperature in the province at 35 degrees Celsius, while Lahore recorded a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius.
